With that thought in his mind, le started to get nervous and panicked, lle switched on the bedside lamp and took out the wooden hairpin from the wooden box. He touched the carved out rose and Syge’s name on the hairpin. It was then he felt more secure, 

It was definitely the right decision to exchange the hairpin Sage was wearing on her hair with the colorful enamel bowl. ‘So worth it!! 

Since he could not see her in person, he felt closer to her after looking at the hairpin. 

In the past, he always felt that a man should not pay attention and prioritize his life with love. He disregarded those who actually crical and wanted to die because of a woman. ‘I have no idea when she is coming back or when she will read these letters. I just hope that she won’t think of me as a crazy person.’ Jace smiled to himself and took out his Rose Stamp, and pressed it at the bottom. He was alraid the ink would not stain the paper, so he pressed it hard 

Then he heard a cracking sound. He was stunned and listed the stamp. There was a small piece of broken jade on the paper. His heart shrunk as he looked at the stamp. There was a missing part in part of his name as the jade was broken. 

Jade stood up suddenly and felt very anxious. 

“How did.” He circled around the same spot, feeling very helpless and panicked. Suddenly, he felt a little dizziness and pain in his chest. He used the stamp to cover his chest and shut his eyes. 

‘I must fix it. It will be fixed.’ 

The next moming, the alarm rang and woke Jace up. He rubbed his temples with his fingers. It was not until early in the morning that he finally fell asleep so he was feeling less spirited. 

That day was the day Jekyll would be extradited back to Tovres. He had told Cole that he would wait at the airport. When he was leaving, his heart started to beat rapidly, and there was strong pain coming from his chest. He opened the drawer to take out two antihypertensive drugs to eat and also the wooden hairpin and put it into the inner pocket of his blazer.

suitcases with them. The three of them met again at the lift.
