Chapter 819 Sage frowned and gave Yoel and Cole a cold glare. “Why don‘t you just beat him to death?“. Yoel and Cole were stunned by her fierceness. They were unable to react and stared blankly at Sage with a cigarette in their mouthi. 

Jace listened to Sage defend him and felt sweet. He no longer felt any pain and kept smiling like an idiot.

Yoel agreed. “Yeah! She‘s so gentle! That seemed like the perfect word to describe her.” He rubbed his arms and said, “I never think I‘d use this word to describe Sage. I have goosebumps now.”

Cole nodded in agreement. “Yeah. I rarely see you smile. Now you seem to be always smiling.” Jace shook his head slightly and gave them a look as if he was saying, ‘You won‘t understand.‘ 

It made Yoel so angry that he wanted to beat him up again. 

Cole was not in the mood for that. He was more concerned about Jace. “What were you doing? I‘m the one who sent you to the hospital. I know how badly injured you were. Even if you want to fake your death, you don‘t have to make it so real. Besides, why do you want to fake your death?”
