An Understated Dominance (Maria Vittori) novel Chapter 1651

“Huh?”

When Dustin’s gaze flickered over to Anders, Anders was taken aback, feeling inexplicably uneasy. Earlier, while the Fang Legion was buying him time, he had swallowed a pill to heal himself faster and restore his vitality.

After a few minutes of rest, the discomfort from his internal injuries had disappeared, and most of his energy had been restored.

In contrast, Dustin must have used up most of his energy from the continuous fighting. In this situation, he still had a chance of winning. Anders gained more confidence from the thought of this.

However, to be on the safe side, it would be best to overwhelm Dustin with numbers. Even if it wouldn’t be an honorable win, it was better than taking unnecessary risks alone.

“Dear heroes, Logan is almost out of energy. If we join forces, we will surely succeed in slaying him!” Anders declared loudly.

Upon hearing this, everyone exchanged doubtful glances. Dustin didn’t appear to be tired. If they approached him rashly, they would be seeking their own demise.

The dead bodies of the Fang Legion were still lying on the ground, serving as a bloody lesson. Who would dare act recklessly?

“Dear heroes, don’t forget your mission today. Wealth and honor come with risks. As long as we kill this traitor, we will enjoy endless wealth in the future!” Anders began enticing the crowd.

The crowd’s gazes grew fervent upon hearing Anders, eager to make the attempt. Even if Dustin was powerful, he was still human. After so many battles, he must have used up a significant amount of energy. As long as they teamed up, they should have a chance at victory.

“Anyone not afraid of death can step forward and try.” Dustin suddenly stepped forward, scaring the crowd as they retreated. The gruesome scene earlier had instilled fear in them.

“Logan Rhys! Allow me to fight you!”

Just as the crowd was at a loss, a clear voice echoed through the sky. Following the voice, they saw a man dressed in green coming from the east, riding the wind.
