Samuel came running towards the scene when he heard Massimo screaming.

He saw Massimo holding Anamika's body covered in blood. He quickly called his men telling them to search the area to find the culprit.

He reluctantly walked towards him, Massimo can do anything at this moment and he was well aware of that.

Massimo was just looking at her face with shocked expression, Samuel carefully checked her pulse.

" Boss she is still alive we can save her..."

He said hurriedly.

Massimo's eyes snapped towards him with lightning speed.

He checked her pulse and screamed.

"HURRY UP..."

Massimo took her to the hospital and doctors immediately started her treatment.

He was sitting in front of the operation theatre grabbing his throbbing head in his hand fully covered in her blood. His eyes were red from crying, he was scared, scared of loosing her.

As soon as their families and Nick got the news they all came there.

His family was shocked seeing him in this condition And Anamika's family was driving crazy, chang and Andrew were continuously crying and rose was trying to calm them down.

He looked at his mother with broken eyes.

Anjali's eyes started flowing with tears after watching her son like this. She sat near him and rubbed his back.

"Please don't loose hope Massimo... She will be fine..."

"I know maa... She will be fine, I know she will come back to me... She promised me that she'll never leave me alone, she promised me ' forever ' maa... She said she will stay by my side forever. Suddenly a nurse came out of the operation theatre hurriedly. He quickly stood up and tried to ask her how is she But she replied.
