Mikayla rolled her eyes at Taylor. “Let’s not talk about my affairs. Even if you continue doing this, Ms. Sullivan might not give up. If you create such a big misunderstanding, what if she hates me and wants to 

deal with me?” 

He smiled wickedly. “Then, I’ll wish you good luck.” 

She was at a loss for words. 

Taylor grinned mischievously. “Come on, it’s only two hours. You could trade it for a night or more of peace. Ms. Davidson, are you sure you don’t want to insist?” 

Mikayla knew his way of doing things. He never played by the rules. 

“Why does it have to be two hours?” she blurted out. 

However, she then vaguely guessed the reason and immediately regretted asking. 

As expected, Taylor gave her a playful smile and said, “Does Jerome not even last for that little time?” 

*Please show some respect, Mr. Blue!” Mikayla complained angrily and embarrassedly before walking into the bedroom and locking the door. 

She couldn’t help but recall Jerome’s warning to her before that Taylor wasn’t that easy to get along with 

and that she could easily be tricked by him

Jerome, who rarely posted on Instagram, had actually taken a photo of his meal and captioned it: “It tastes awful.” 

There was a comment from Connor under the post. “Jay, have you gone abroad? Why are you eating so poorly? Find a good restaurant to eat at. Otherwise, Mikayla will feel so distressed when she sees this.” 

Perhaps because the food was truly awful, Jerome had actually replied to Connor. “I don’t have the time for that.”
