Perhaps sensing Mary’s embarrassment, Eddie hesitated for a moment and asked politely and distantly, “Miss Green, do you need me to get someone to send you back?” 

“No need!” Mary snorted angrily. She put on her sunglasses and carried her bag. Then, she turned around and left arrogantly.
