“Be careful!” Jimmy saw that Rachel was about to fall towards the champagne tower and subconsciously opened his arms. 

Landon quickly pulled him back. “What are you worrying about!” 

As the two of them spoke, they watched as Rachel threw herself at the champagne 

tower. 

From this situation, it was not difficult to guess how painful and miserable the fall 

was. 

Rachel was caught off guard. By the time she reacted, she could not stop herself from falling anymore. 

She subconsciously closed her eyes and waited for the pain to come. 

At this moment, a strong arm grabbed her waist. 

Immediately after, the arm around her waist tightened and she bumped into a firm chest. 

David’s unique scent enveloped her tightly, and his breath was filled with a scent that made Rachel feel at ease. 

Everything happened in an instant.

“Have you realized how important I am now?” David bent down slightly. His deep and magnetic voice slowly echoed in her ears. 

Rachel’s long eyelashes fluttered slightly. “You’ve always been important.” 

Upon hearing Rachel, David was slightly stunned. He let out a low laugh. “You’ve finally learned your lesson.” 

The two of them spoke one after another, and they were reluctant to shift their gazes from each other. 

However, Jane was not so lucky. There was a muffled sound of impact. 

The exquisite champagne tower on the table instantly collapsed. 

The loud sound instantly attracted the attention of the other people. “What’s going on!” 

“How did it end up like this?” 

“I think this woman looks like the daughter of the Smith family!” 

The people around them spoke one after another. Their disdainful gazes were like knives cutting at Jane’s face, causing burning pain. 

Jane was a mess, her eyelashes trembling and in disarray, her nails digging into her palms as she tried to hold back the pain in her heart. 

“Jane, are you alright?” Olivia and Louis hurriedly squeezed through the crowd to Jane’s side. 

Jane thought she could embarrass Rachel and make her look like a mess. She did not expect Rachel to not only be unscathed but also flirt with David in front of her. 

She was simply a shameless bitch! 

Rachel naturally noticed the unwillingness and anger in Jane’s eyes. The smile on her lips became more mocking.
