Katy knew that Eleanor would not sit back and do nothing when she saw Rachel in trouble. 

Since that was the case, Katy might as well stand up and behave well in front of 

her aunt. 

Rachel knew Katy’s intention. However, since Katy had helped her, it was only fair to thank her. 

It was up to Katy whether she accepted Rachel’s token of appreciation. 

When Rachel and David left, they bumped into Louis and Stuart.

Just as Louis was about to leave, he bumped into David and Rachel.
