In the past, when he saw Olivia crying like this, Louis would comfort her 

right away. 

But now, Louis was really upset. He was not in the mood to comfort Olivia. 

With his back facing Olivia, he smoked silently with a cold expression on his face. 

He just sat there and let Olivia cry while she hugged him. 

“Louis, I’m such a loser. Rachel is much better than in every aspect, but I just wanted to help you… 

“It’s just that I didn’t expect Rachel to hate me so much. She didn’t even hesitate to vent this hatred on you and the entire Smith Group. It’s all my fault. If I hadn’t come her way, she wouldn’t have become like this. If it weren’t for me, your relationship wouldn’t have become so bad…” 

Olivia threw herself in Louis’s arms, secretly calculating the time and waiting for Louis’s comfort. 

However, no matter how long she waited, Louis’s loving comfort never 

came. 

And the endless wait really made her feel miserable and she had never felt so restless before. 

So much had gone out of her control for this trip to Pollister.

Her intuition told her that she needed to speed things up and get engaged to Louis as soon as possible! 

Olivia looked down to hide the scheming look in her eyes. 

She slowly let go of Louis’s waist and said, “Louis, I’m terribly sorry. I’ve disappointed you so many times. I’ve failed your trust and your love for 

me…” 

Finally, Louis, who had his back on her, reacted a little. 

He stubbed out the cigarette in his hand and threw it into the ashtray. “Stop overthinking it. Have a good rest. We’ll leave tomorrow morning.” As he spoke, he picked up his suit jacket from the sofa and walked out. Olivia grabbed his wrist hastily and asked, “Where are you going?” 

Louis looked up at her and his calm gaze was cold and sharp like a knife. 

Olivia’s pupils instantly constricted anxiously as she said, “I’m just worried about you…” 

“I’m just going out for a while. I’ll be back soon. You don’t have to wait up for me.” Louis shook Olivia’s hands away and left without even looking back. 

Olivia looked at him as he left and her heart sank. 

Ever since she came back to Crucsia, Louis’s attitude towards her had never run cold. He was never impatient with her either. 

But now, she could vaguely sense that something about Louis had changed. 

Now, she could not understand Louis’s thoughts at all. 

This only made Olivia more afraid. 

She bit her lips with her pearly white teeth, and her beautiful eyes flickered. 

She had to think of a way to get back at Rachel. Otherwise, it would be too late by the time Louis came to his senses! 

Rachel and David returned to the hotel.
