Betrayal At The Altar By Dolores Delia Chapter 416
After an hour’s journey, Rachel and the others successfully arrived at Pollister Prison.
Not long after, the prison door opened and a thin figure slowly walked
out.
The woman was about forty years old, but her face did not have the charm that people her age should have. She looked so lonely and depressed, like a burning candle.
Her body was slightly hunched. Facing the scenery outside, she was at a loss.
“Mom!” Linda quickly rushed forward and hugged her tightly.
Naomi was stunned. She couldn’t help but feel a lump in her throat. She reached out and gently stroked Linda’s back. “Mommy is here.”
Rachel and the others did not rush forward. Instead, they stood in front of the car and quietly watched the mother and daughter reunite.
Mary raised her hand and pushed her sunglasses up the bridge of her nose. She suppressed the bitterness in her eyes and looked elsewhere. “What kind of perfect ending is worthy of the suffering of the first half of their lives?”
Jessica said slowly, “If we look forward, we will always be able to see the day when we stand out.”
Before she could finish speaking, a group of reporters carrying cameras swarmed over and surrounded Linda and Naomi without saying a word.
Rachel’s eyes i
narrowed slightly, and a wave of viciousness suddenly rose in the depths of her almond–shaped eyes.
“Naomi, back then, you were convicted of murdering your husband. Do you have any plans for the future now that you’re out of prison?”
“As the saying goes, a day as husband and wife creates a hundred days of gratitude. What kind of deep hatred made you kill your husband and even dismember him?”
“During your time in prison, did you suffer in your heart, and did you sincerely repent?”
The reporters‘ words were like a sharp knife that mercilessly cut open the scar in Naomi’s heart.
Naomi’s body trembled uncontrollably, and her face turned pale.
She subconsciously lowered her head to avoid the camera.
However, the reporter in front of her refused to give up. He wished he could point the camera directly at her face. “Naomi, back then, you confessed to the crime but didn’t mention anything about the process. Is there any inside story?”
“I’m sorry. She can’t answer your questions.” Rachel suddenly appeared. She squeezed through the crowd and took Linda and Naomi away.
The reporters behind Rachel were like mosquitoes that had seen blood. They followed closely behind.
Their car was surrounded and could not move at all.
Mary cursed in a low voice, “What should we do now? We can’t stay here and waste time with them, right?”
Rachel raised her eyes and stared at the group of reporters who had suddenly appeared.
There was no emotion on her delicate face. Her clear almond–shaped eyes stared intently at the reporters surrounding the car.
Her pure and clear eyes were like a bottomless cold lake, filled with destructive hostility.
Just as they were in a dilemma, a group of people suddenly arrived.
The man in the lead was wearing a black leather jacket and exuded a murderous aura.
He walked to the front of the car and called respectfully, “Miss Grey.”
“Who are you?” Rachel looked at the man in front of her.

Its ridiculouse to think it is normal to love bomb someone for couple of days and then they are in love. They dont know each other at all. So annoying to read. And whats more, to kiss by force is romantic?? How the hell is that romantic?? Cant understand its logic....
