Maddie knew that her mother was bringing her sister to the Smith family’s banquet. 

She rushed back overnight. 

Mr. Green and Cathy were already asleep, but she woke them up again. 

Children were all debts! 

Cathy sighed and put on her clothes to open the door. 

Maddie came in and sat on the sofa. When she opened her mouth, she asked, “Mom, how could you bring my sister to the Smith family?” 

Cathy rubbed her eyes and said with a sleepy expression, “She begged me for a few days and looked extremely pitiful. I really couldn’t bear to see her like this.” 

“Do you think she can do whatever she wants just because she’s pitiful? She’s done so many wrong things. Just indulge her!” Maddie’s face turned cold.
