The movie had been on the air for a long time, but Aleena had not come back.
Travis looked at his watch. He was worried and in no mood for movie. He got up to leave the cinema to look for Aleena.
He felt uneasy not seeing her.
When he was about to go out of the door, he was stopped by the staff.
Travis looked at him suspiciously.
The staff gave him the letter from Aleena, “Sir, this is from a lady.”
Travis was worried and hurriedly asked, “Is she a pregnant woman?”
“Yes,” Said the staff.
Travis had a bad feeling. He immediately opened the door and went out, while reading the letter.
Aleena’s beautiful handwriting appeared on the letter paper, which caught his eye.
“Travis, when you read this letter, I will have already left. Do not look for me, for I do not know where I am going.”
“Thank you so much for taking care of me over the years. I can't pay you back, but I really don't want to drag you down any longer.”
“You are at such a young age, but to bear such a heavy responsibility and burden, I am very grateful for your attention and care, but I can not pretend that nothing is wrong to live with you.”
“I owe you too much, but in order not to continue to drag you down, I decided to leave you.”
“I sincerely hope you can start a new life. It will be wonderful without me.”
“I'm sorry to have caused you so much trouble. Goodbye, Travis. Maybe we won’t meet again.”
Travis stared at the letters in his hands. His heart was aching and empty.
His greatest fear was that she would think so, but he had never thought of it that way, that she was a liability, that she was carrying someone else's child.
He always thought that the years would be long and they would be together one day.
But now he got news of her departure.
Was he too slow? So he couldn't catch up with her.
Travis clutched the paper in his hand, with his eyes reddening.
...
Aleena was left on the floor of a warehouse.
Daphne kicked her on the leg, but she still did not respond.
“Is the effect of the medicine so strong? She had not awake after all this time.” Daphne frowned. “But it's good, so as not to make any noise.”
She took out a mobile phone and made a call, “Rosalie, I have brought her back.”
“So soon?!” Rosalie said with surprise, “In the country?!”
“Yes, I'll send you the address later. You figure it out yourself.” She said, “I have something to do. Please send your people here quickly.”
“You can't wait to go back to find Travis?” Rosalie chuckled. “You don't feel tired flying around.”
