Looking at her furious eyes, the man was silent at that very moment
"Where were you?" she asked again, with a colder tone this time.
The whole face of Michael Huo was filled with grief. He looked at her, with his red eyes, and answered slowly "I had gone to Mike’s workshop this night, and I..."
"Mike’s workshop?" she interrupted his words, and suddenly began to laugh coldly.
"Linda..." he called, and suddenly became some flustered.
Linda Yun laughed, and looked at his eyes once again. And it was in a flash that her hypocritical smile was weaken a bit, and her expression became more coldly. "You had gone to see Mary Yun, hadn’t you?" she queried.
Michael Huo was stunned at once.
His transitory response had confirmed all.
"Linda, please listen to me, the reason why I went to meet her tonight is ..." explained Michael Huo
"Enough is enough!" Linda Yun shouted. She violently threw off his hand which seized her, and then, she stood up slowly.
"Linda!" Michael Huo called her, and wanted to support her spontaneously.
"Don’t touch me!" she said and looked at him with a disgusted eyes.
And in next second, she staggered into the mortuary step by step.
"Please give my child back to me!" she said, and glared at the caregivers with her cold eyes.
The caregivers frowned and looked at her, and then at the man behind her. They didn’t know how to handle it at that very moment.
"I say, please-give-my-child-back-to-me!" she said coldly again word by word.
Michael Huo nodded behind her.
The caregivers opened the freezing coffin at once, and took out the bag.
Linda Yun took over the bag tremblingly, and then he turned back, and went to the door.
She was originally feeble, and now together with the corpse of her child being in her hand, which seemed to be another shock to her.
Her steps were staggered severely, and she was nearly fallen down for several times.
The both hands of Michael Huo were trembling, and they took the the posture of supporting her.
However it was before he touched her that she glared at him violently with her cold and disgusted eyes.
The man twisted his eyebrows, and followed behind her silently, with his eyes being red.
At the sight of this, George Mo knew that there were mistakes between them, and he couldn’t let her be like this. Then, he went ahead, and supported her, asking "Linda, where do you want take him to? Let’s come back to the ward, okay?"
Linda Yun took away her arm suddenly. She was still stubborn, and moved forward bit by bit by holding the wall on her own.
She was so tired.
And she was really so tire!
She walked very very slowly due to the pains from the lower part of her body.
However she didn’t go to the ward.
The direction she walked for was the gate way of the hospital.
The rain outside was stopped, but the wind was still strong.
When she walked to the door of first floor, it came over the wet air and the chilly wind from outside.
"Where do you want to go?" asked Michael Huo. He couldn’t bear it anymore, and rushed to her to seize her arm.
However Linda Yun even had not turned her head back, just said coldly: "Take away your hand!"
"Linda, please listen to my explanation..."said Michael Huo.
She tilted her head and coldly stared at him with her empty eyes which were just as chilly as the weather outside, making people chilly to shiver.
Then all his words were stuck in his throat all at a sudden.
His heart was blown heavily by such eye expression.
"Take away your hand!" she repeated again.
The man loosed his hands somehow.
In next second, she turned her eyes to outside, and stepped outside again.
Both George Mo and the man followed behind her.
No one knew where she was going to go.
Nor did someone know what she was going to do.
She just walked forward with her empty eye.
It was 3:40 am, and the sky was still dark.
Linda Yun waved her hand and called for a taxi.
Soon the taxi started.
Michael Huo quickly got on his car and together with George Mo, started to follow that taxi.
Inside the taxi, Linda Yun held the tiny bag tightly, with her eyes glaring at the street lights outside, which were changed constantly.
Her pair of eyes were empty and lackluster...
No one knew how long the taxi had driven, however the car fee shown in the taximeter kept increasing.
It was about 5:00 am. The taxi arrived at the destination.
The sky of winter was still gray at 5:00 am.
"Miss, the car fee was totally three hundred and twenty Yuan" the taxi driver said.
However Linda Yun opened the door blankly, and ignored his words.
"Hey, miss, the car fee was totally three hundred and twenty Yuan" the taxi driver hurriedly got off and said again.
But Linda Yun moved forward straightly just as if she had not heard it.
"Hey, girl..." shouted the taxi driver.
"How much is the fee? And I will pay it to you" George Mo said. It was just when Michael Huo stopped his car and George Mo got off that George Mo heard the shout of the taxi driver, and then he quickly went to him and gave him four hundreds Yuan, saying "Keep the change"
The taxi driver received the money with a smile, and then he fast get on the car and left.
It was a sea nearest to Austral City.
She sat on the beach, with the tiny bag in her hand, and looked at the dark sea with her dull eyes.
Michael Huo was nervous, and feared that she would do something silly, so his whole body was on alert.
The time passed minute by minute.
And when the time was blurred, it saw a red sun raised from the sea, and instantly it was followed by the shines in all directions. Layers of clouds sea were dyed bright, orange-red, like a round flame, and the sea water was also dyed red...
That was truly a spectacular sight.
However Linda Yun’s face was still so pale under the blood-red sun.....
"The sun had come out..."
Her eyes were filled with tears, which seemed to flow down in next second.
However she just laughed leisurely, and swallowed the tears back to her eyes.
And then, she stood up tremblingly, and walked to the sea step by step.
"Linda!" Michael Huo shouted. He was anxious and was about to rush to her uncontrollably.
However Mo George stopped him and said "Don’t be worried. We can wait for a while and see what she is going to do. "
