David shut down his father-in-law directly when Nate saw David had no intention of telling him what was going on in his mind.
He felt some internal turmoil; seriously, he sulked in silence; he couldn’t burst because he knew it was no use, what his son-in-law decided only his daughter was capable of changing,
but he would never involve Kate since David didn’t tell her himself, which means danger was still lurking around his daughter and grandchildren.
David knew, yet he stayed low and silently going through the time, which meant he had something going on behind the shadow.
So no matter what they argue, his son-in-law would not change his mind or the direction of his plan.
Nate stayed silent throughout the journey; his son-in-law was on the verge of throwing him out of the car; he didn’t want to mess with his crazy son-in-law.
David looked at the sleeping beauty in his embrace like a baby without caring about the world, which showed how much she trusted he would never let go of her and let her fall; David gently kissed her head and forehead.
“He will pay for messing with our life, Wifey, just I’m almost there, just a little more; I’ll make him wish for death but go on with his life, which would make him suffer.”
David whispered in a low voice; only he could hear what he said. David knew killing and hurting someone was against nature,
but sometimes people can be worse than wild beasts, so it was better for them to leave the world rather than harm an innocent.
This Oscar Astor has some insane secret only a person knows, but David failed to find it till now, but David didn’t give up because the bigger one hides their secret, the more it would be interesting to find it.
That’s why David kept Oscar Allen in a trap and prevented him from getting close to his family.
Kate felt trickles when David kissed her cheek; she moved and groaned when she felt disturbed, got another position, and fell back to sleep.
David felt his entire body was on fire once again. This girl was getting on his nerves, moving recklessly while lighting his lower body.
But what could he do? His men were driving while his father-in-law was sitting in front of them, so he painfully bore it and made up his mind to punish me at night.
Back to the south mansion,
Rose and Nina, Liam, who came to accompany Rose even though she told him to go home to coax his grandpa, looked at the people in front of them as if they were dreaming or living in a dream.
A beautiful woman, looking like a fairy sitting in front of them with a gentle smile; even though they were familiar with her, her entire vibe had changed; she used to be so harmless, but now she looked gentle yet on fire; it was none other than Kylie Allen.
Which was shocking for them, but that was not what blew their mind. Instead, the person who blew their minds was the person next to her, a man in his 15s, looking like a young idol model but so cold and dashing, sitting there crossing his legs.
“Sister, pinch me; tell me I’m not dreaming,” Rose asked Nina because she still couldn’t believe her sister-in-law’s mother had become an average person again, and now she had become even more beautiful.
When Kylie was not in her usual self, they were so friendly with each other, but now Rose or Nina didn’t know how to get along.
The same goes for the boy; he didn’t even introduce himself, just said he was his sister-in-law’s brother; everyone was silently waiting for their brother- and sister-in-law to come back home to explain the situation.
Liam had already called David, who didn’t pick up, but his men did; they said they were 10 minutes away from home and would reach soon, so he waited. Then, even though he didn’t know about Kevin, he heard about his sister-in-law’s mother, but they were not supposed to come yet.
They were happy, shocked, and awkward.
“Miss, the baby has woken up,” Butler informed the misses; when Rose and Nina were about to get up from the couch, they felt a storm of air pass by.
And before she could realize what was going on, it was already gone; they looked back and saw the boy was not there anymore and walked to the children's room like a baby panda excitedly.
Rose and Nina felt even more awkward; Kylie stood up and looked at Rose and Nina.
“Rose and Nina, I don’t know what to say; you two don’t need to feel awkward; we’re family, I just got back to my old self, but I didn’t forget my time with you all, so don’t feel pressured,” Kylie said with a gentle smile.
Rose and Nina felt much better when she said it because they were overthinking.
“I’m sorry, aunty, it's just too sudden, but aunty, he is…..” a little weird, that’s what Nina wanted to say; Kylie laughed when she heard Nina’s words; she didn’t need to listen to the complete line to understand what Nina wanted to say.
“He is just excited to meet the babies.” As much as Kylie wanted to see her grandchildren, she wanted to see her daughter. But, first, that’s why she didn’t follow Kevin; after all, to a mother, her children come.
First, Kate was the heartbeat she had lost for so many years, yet she couldn’t hug her daughter and shower her with love; how could she get excited to see her grandchildren?
“How about I carry the children out so you can meet them?” Nina suggested.
“No, it’s okay, let their uncle stay with them; I’ll wait for Kate.”
Saying this, she sat back and waited for her daughter, whom she missed crazily. These days sometimes she felt like flying on her wings to meet her daughter but didn’t get the chance.
