In truth, he believed Miranda's death was too lenient for her. She had committed countless atrocities and had evaded justice once before. She deserved to be torn apart and thrown to the wolves. But as soldiers, they couldn't stoop to such acts.
Nash allowed himself a slight, mocking smile. "I know."
News of Miranda's death quickly reached Seth. Nash made no effort to conceal it and even spread the word.
