Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore) novel Chapter 1243

"Theo, you're a father now. How can you do this?" Rosalie started crying. "You're doing this on purpose. You're resorting to extreme measures to force me, aren't you? Theo, you're a coward! I hate you!"

Rosalie covered her mouth and cried uncontrollably. Her sobs grew more frantic, almost taking her breath away.

The shards of glass cut Theodore's fingers, and drops of blood fell onto his shoulder. Hearing Rosalie's crying voice snapped him out of his trance and pulled him back from the edge.

"Rose, are you crying?" She was actually crying for him. "Please don't cry. I'm begging you. Don't cry, okay?"

"You can't stop me from crying! Theo, if you want to die, go ahead. I'll hate you for the rest of my life! Grandma also won't get to rest in peace!"

Theodore's hand grew weaker and weaker, and finally, the shard of glass slipped from his palm.

"Rose, I won't do anything foolish anymore."

Rosalie let out a sigh of relief.

The two of them suddenly fell into silence. After a long time, Rosalie spoke again. "Theo, marry Aurora."

Theodore thought he had misheard. "What did you say?"

"She can bring you comfort, that's an undeniable fact. If you want to be with her, if you want to stay with her, then marry her."

Theodore's breath grew hurried. "You actually want me to marry her? Don't you suspect her of Grandma's death?"

"Do you?" Rosalie asked. "Do you think she killed Grandma?"

The question left Theodore speechless. Although he didn't believe that Rebecca was killed by her...

"Steve!" Rosalie gasped, then quickly said to Theodore, "I have to go, Steve fell. Think about what I said. Goodbye."

After hanging up the phone, Rosalie rushed to Steve's side.

Steve had tripped and fallen and was crying loudly. She quickly went over, picked him up, and gently rubbed his head.

"Steve, did you hurt yourself? Mommy's here."

Under Rosalie's comfort, Steve quickly stopped crying and nestled into her arms.

Rosalie sighed helplessly and thought, 'Steve, I'm sorry. It looks like I won't be able to give you a biological father.'
