Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore) novel Chapter 1277

The video and recording were both played on the day of Theodore's wedding.

However, Yerick wasn't there.

The video and recording were both handed to the police and she didn't tell anyone else about it. How could Yerick have known about the recording?

Seeing Rosalie's silence, Yerick lifted a hand and waved it in front of her eyes.

"Rose, what's the matter? Why are you spacing out?" Rosalie forced a smile and said, "Nothing. Oh yes, Yerry. What have you been busy with recently?"

"Nothing much, just the same ol'. I spend a lot of time with my godfather."

Rosalie knew that Yerick was referring to Wesley. She knew about it when Rebecca passed away. Yerick was at the funeral, and that was when she found out that Wesley had become his godfather.

When she met Yerick, she had asked him how he met Wesley which he explained.

Now that Rosalie thought about it, she wondered if it really was a coincidence.

Upon deeper thought, Rosalie realized that some things happened after she got to know Yerick.

Rosalie suddenly felt a chill running down her spine.

"Rose, what's the matter? Do you feel unwell?" Yerick put his palm over her forehead.

Rosalie took a step back. "I'm fine."

She turned around and carried Steve back to his room before shutting the door and saying, "Yerry, Theo will be here later. Are you okay with that?"

"Are you okay with that, Rose? Do you need me to make myself scarce?"

"Oh, I didn't mean that. Do stay if you're fine with that. Theo might stay for dinner, and I was just worried you two might fight."

Yerick stepped forward and offered, "Rose, let me carry Steve for you."

Rosalie tightened her hold over Steve, suddenly feeling slightly nervous. "No need, Yerry. I think Stevie looks a little tired. I'll carry him back to his room and put him to sleep first before continuing with dinner."

Rosalie tried her best to compose herself as she carried the baby to the room.

Yerick's gaze followed her as a hint of a smile crept up his face.

When she reached the door, Rosalie said, "I'll shut the door so that we won't wake the baby. I'll come out once he's asleep."

After shutting the door, Rosalie very quietly locked the door. She pulled her phone out and surveyed the portrait that Theodore sent her earlier.

The man in the portrait looked completely different from Yerick, but there was a hint of resemblance in their eyes.
