Darling, I Submit novel Chapter 1

Chapter 1 First Encounter

The room was dimly lit, with the faint sunlight coming in through the gap between the curtains.

A young girl nestled down in the pure white bedding with her eyes slightly closed, and her red and tender lips were so alluring that they tempted someone to kiss her.

It felt like she was being held in someone's arms, with warm breath falling over her ears and filling the air.

"If you don't want to, just tell me."

Angelina unconsciously clenched her hand. Her cheeks were slightly flushing, and she felt dizzy.

She dreamed of this voice again.

It seemed as if she were really experiencing it.

Angelina's scalp tingled, and her heart was pounding so violently that she couldn't tell whether it was a dream or not.

The voice was just so tempting.

...

Under the cold light, Angelina changed into a black slip dress, revealing her tender skin and showing off her nice curves. She was, without a doubt, a real stunner.

The phone, which had been casually placed on the dressing table, was put on speaker.

"So your grandfather pretended to be sick and colluded with the butler to trick you into coming home yesterday, just to arrange a marriage for you?"

Angelina looked at herself in the mirror and laughed. "Yes, my grandpa cares about his comrade-in-arms and always wants me to marry into the Fuller family because he thinks it was Mr. Henry's wish when Mr. Henry was alive."

Angelina's grandfather had been talking about the engagement all day yesterday at the old house. Otherwise, Angelina wouldn't have had that inexplicable dream about that kind of scene.

When she thought of it now, she couldn't help blushing, and her heart raced.

Angelina looked at the bottles and jars in front of her and finally chose the Flame series of GC. "Where did you say Ishmael would go tonight?"

The soft smell of the top note was intoxicating, with layers of fragrance, sexy and irresistible.

"Night Siren. Everyone in their circle will be there. It's said that they organized the party because a big shot has returned from abroad. By the way, since you don't want to get engaged, why are you still paying so much attention to Ishmael?"

Angelina narrowed her beautiful eyes slightly. "Since I can't convince my grandpa, I can only do something to Ishmael."

Ishmael liked pure and innocent women who always looked pitiful and helpless.

Angelina was going to do the opposite, dressing up as a hot lady and going to seduce him.

If the Fullers canceled the engagement, her grandpa would no longer be fixated on fulfilling Henry's wish.

...

The door to the private room was opened from the outside, and a tall man walked in, handing his suit jacket to a waiter on the side.

With just one glance, one could feel his great and powerful charisma.

"Sorry. I had a conference call to attend to, so I'm late." Keith's face remained calm, his voice low, pleasant, and clear.

As soon as he finished his sentences, the others at the table laughed and echoed, "It's fine. Mr. Fuller, you've just returned to the country. Naturally, you have a lot of things to attend to. We understand."

Ishmael also respectfully stood up. "Hello, Uncle Keith."

Keith gave a slight nod, casually sweeping his gaze across the crowd. Then, he walked toward the only remaining seat at the table. It was the head seat.
