Wind stood silently to the side, well aware that no one could stop Ian when he had set his mind on something.
Judith's eyes were filled with spite. She was very fond of Rocky, her pet, and visited him every day. She thought Rocky was the most handsome pet she had ever seen.
In the past, her family had always been afraid of her causing trouble, and they never allowed her to have pets.
She took a deep breath, remembering that she had to go to the airport soon.
"My older brother's flight is landing soon. I'll go out the back door to pick him up, Wind. You can just tell him that I'm not here."
After saying that, Judith quickly changed her clothes and decided to leave through the back door to avoid Ian.
Ian waited outside for twenty minutes, only to be met with Wind's words.
"The lady isn't here at the moment. She went to the airport to pick someone up. Perhaps you could visit another time, Mr. Raymond."
As soon as the words left Wind's mouth, Ian pulled out his cell phone and said only one thing.
"Bust the door down."
Rocky was a very smart pet, and he would come out and show himself as soon as he heard Ian's voice.
The driver of the truck in the back, hearing that, floored the gas pedal, aiming for the iron gate.
Wind's face paled, he had never expected Ian to resort to such tactics.
His teeth were clenched and he silently watched Maja, who was sitting in the passenger seat.
"Isn't Ms. Pennyfeather going to stop him?" He asked in a polite voice.
Maja pretended not to hear him at all.
When the iron gate was smashed open, she saw Rocky standing tall and majestic. It was clear that Judith truly cherished him and took good care of him; Rocky hadn’t lost any weight at all.
Rocky saw Ian too, and bolted from behind the gate. He jumped up to the window, his front paws resting on the ledge, seemingly more excited than if he had seen his own father.
Ian's face was stern as he pointed to the truck, saying,
"Get in. We're going home."
Without any hesitation, Rocky immediately hopped into the truck.
Wind, who was watching that unfold, was astonished by Rocky's attitude towards Ian.
After taking Rocky, Ian and Maja left hand in hand, leaving behind the wreckage of the gate.
Wind had no other choice but to immediately inform Judith of what had happened.
At that time, Judith had already arrived at the airport. Upon hearing the news, she said nothing, only pressing her lips together.
When Dylan, her older brother, got into the car, he noticed that she seemed upset. He reached out to pinch her cheek.
"What's wrong; are you upset?"

Is author playing with our emotions?...
Why are there no updates yet, Author. We've all been waitibg for quite a while now. Please, update soon, Author. Thanks....
Author, my thoughts on the book. When are You going to write on Cornelia and Omar Casson's romance? You made no mention, describing in detail how Maja and Uan's white wedding ceremony went. Also, you didn't write on Carol's baby delivery. What about Tyler's romance. Is there closure on Phelps Herrington being truly certified dead, so also his twin brother? Dylan's research institute "little girl", what became of her and Dylan's romance? Beck's blind dates, what were the results, is he married now, so also Dylan to his "little girl"? Why hasn't Ian's father- Steven come forward to meet Maja's parents as the in-laws meeting each other especially with his supposed past with Lillian; Maja's mother. I hope I won't remain curious for too long on the aforementioned issues, Author. Thanks for doing a good job on Zoey and Fitch's romance, though. Kudos....
