Dear Ex-wife Marry Me novel (Maja) novel Chapter 1245

Just five minutes ago, Maja had left this place, she couldn't dare to stay in one place for too long. It seemed like Mr. K was very familiar with this area and would soon know her whereabouts from the surveillance cameras.

She moved to a different location, now hidden behind the curtains at the end of the hallway.

Her heart was pounding incessantly, with one thought in mind. She just had to hold on for twenty more minutes.

If she died, she wouldn't be Ian's weakness anymore. She wouldn't be his burden.

Going forward, he would still be the powerful CEO of the Raymond Corporation, the golden boy of society.

She took a few steps forward, and bumped into a woman.

The woman was none other than Coral, who had recently collaborated with Star Movie Group.

Maja had previously invested in Coral's script, and now Coral was still her partner.

It wasn't until Coral spoke that she recognized her voice.

Someone was calling from the side, "Coral, we're agreed on this matter then."

"Alright, don't worry. The detail you added to the script is good, I'll take it."

Maja grabbed Coral's arm.

Coral looked surprised, then heard her say, "Take me away."

A flash of shock passed through Coral's eyes, she carefully looked at the woman in front of her, noting her disguise, then silently looked around, chose a blind spot of the surveillance cameras and helped her into her car.

Having been in the entertainment circle for so many years, Coral was very smart. Seeing Maja's disguise, she knew she was in trouble.

The rumors in the circle recently, she had heard them all, Ian searching for Maja was no secret.

Once in the car, the door closed, she asked.

"Maja, what's going on?"

Maja estimated that it had been fifteen minutes now. She was still on edge, only now did she slightly relax, but she was still afraid of being taken back.

"Ian has been looking for you, causing a lot of chaos in Greenfield. He's at BlueSky Bar tonight. I'll call him right away."

"No."

When Maja said this, she felt a sharp pain in her chest.

Only five minutes left, the drug was starting to take effect, she felt pain all over, like being pricked by millions of needles.

Her face turned pale, her hands gripping tightly on the window.

"Maja?"

Coral called again, hearing her hoarse voice.

"No, don't tell Ian. Take me to a quiet place. I don't have much time left."

She was in so much pain that she couldn't even speak, sweat pouring down like rain.

The veins on the back of her hand were protruding, her mouth tasted like blood.
