"Dylan, oh, it's midnight, why aren't you back yet to keep me company? I'm really scared. Don't you want me anymore?"
Dylan rubbed his temples with a sigh, "I'm with Dad, keeping watch. I'll come back later."
Judith's voice turned tentative, "Dylan, did Beck say anything to you?"
Like Maja's true identity.
Beck and Ian had rushed to rescue Maja—did they already know who she really was? Otherwise, why would Beck react so fiercely?

"He didn't say anything, Judith. Don't overthink it."
"Dylan, will you always be on my side?"
Dylan frowned, unsure how to respond.
"Judith, between you and Maja, I'll definitely be on your side. I know you're still upset tonight. Don't worry, I'll find another chance to make things right."
But Judith's heart was filled with trepidation, "Okay, I trust you, Dylan."
After hanging up, she didn't hesitate to call that man.
"Did Beck and his crew find out about Maja's identity?"
She had invested so much, finally getting to this stage. If Maja's identity came to light now, and Dylan sided with her, what was all her effort for?
Little did she know, in the eyes of that man, she was already a discarded pawn.

With those words, he hung up.
The mask lay on the table beside him, his fingers tapping lightly on the marble surface, his brows furrowed in dissatisfaction.
Fitch was recovering too quickly, but the Greenfield turf was his stronghold after all. It made sense he could uncover this, but it was still a nuisance.
Rubbing his temples, he heard Phil's voice.
"After our identity was suspected, the situation in Greenfield was bound to spiral out of control. The Haskins family is strong. There's no need to worry too much."
"I know, but he's just too lucky. If it weren't for Abner Olson picking him up, there'd be no Fitch in this world."
Phil sat down across from him, resting his chin in one hand.

Author, would you story about Ryan settling down and another story on Eric regaining his body and memories back from Patrick, and Eric also settling down as I find it so disheartening for him to have gone through what he went through at the research institute, and I'll like for him to get his "golden boy" life back though, not at the detriment of Ian....
When will the author update to finish Beck's story? What about Dylan and Tyler's love lives? Also, I'll like the author to write on Wilma and Elvis ending up together as she was quite persistent in pursuing him. And Shawn's story, Cornelia Sullivan and Omar Casson. Also, a little write-up on Jeff (Ian's assistant) love life, too. Thanks, author for updating....
