Dear Ex-wife Marry Me novel (Maja) novel Chapter 61

Chapter 61

Connie felt a pang of regret. She thought she’d found someone who really gets art, but it seems she was mistaken…

A sigh escaped her lips, her eyes giving away a hint of her disappointment.

She snuck a glance at lan, curious about his thoughts on his designer having an extramarital affair.

But lan was unfazed, even taking a sip from the drink prepared by the waiter earlier, as if he had no horse in this race.

Hushed whispers filled the room.

“She’s so pretty, but she’s involved with someone else. No wonder she seems so confident.”

“So who’s home did she wreck? Has she been having affairs since her student days?”

“What a waste of her pretty face.”

“Don’t you guys think she’s shameless? She’s been exposed and she’s still so calm.”

All eyes returned to Maja, who stood quietly, her eyebrows furrowed slightly.

“Don’t you know that you should be responsible for your own words?”

She pulled out her phone, her expression frosty. “Dalia, I gave you a chance.”

With the press of the play button, Dalia’s voice filled the room.

“You tried to seduce Daniel back in the day, and his wife chased you down to school and splashed you with paint, causing a big scene. You think everyone has forgotten after all these years? I’m the director now.”

“Daniel often mentions you.”

“You’re just a small designer now, but if Daniel knew where you were, would he come to you? After all, he never got you, he must regret it, he always wanted you.”

How could a teacher, a director, say such things to a former student?

After playing the recording, Maja held her phone lightly.

“Director, can you tell us who I had an affair with? Was it your old flame Daniel? Too bad, you admitted in the recording that I was forced by both of you. You even fabricated plagiarism charges against me, nearly preventing me from graduating, and even my competition entries were returned. Director, you live well now, I don’t know how many students you’ve secretly forced, even sent to Daniel’s bed.”

The last bit of color drained from Dalia’s face.

Maja smiled at the police, pointing at Dalia.

“Officer, I not only want to sue Miss Mia for slander, but I also want to sue the director for framing students, and forcing them to sleep with the investors. The evidence of her forcing me is on her phone.”

The video Dalia used to threaten Maja, now became the most favorable evidence.

Maja knew the video existed, which is why she dared to reveal the truth at this time.

This is Solstice College, surrounded by big shots, the police dared not slack off, and immediately seized Dalia’s phone.

Dalia was helpless, her eyes pleading with the principal.

The principal’s face turned pale, his lips trembling, he almost fainted.

Dalia’s phone was taken away, and in it was a secret file, a video she used to threaten female students.

Some people collapsed because of this, completely giving up their career.

Some even failed to graduate, becoming the laughing stock of their family.

The art school studio was large enough to hold various trophies, but too small to hold a group of girls’ dreams.

When the police saw those videos, their faces changed immediately, and the silver handcuffs were locked on Dalia’s wrists.

“Ma’am, the evidence is solid, please come with us.”

Finishing, the police turned to Mia.

“Miss, please also come with us to make a statement.”

Mia’s mind was a mess, completely unsure of how things had escalated to this point, what the hell was going on?

And Dalia was drained, unable to stand.

It’s over.

Everything’s over.

The video not only failed to threaten Maja, but became the evidence that pushed her into the abyss.

How could this be……

She grabbed the principal’s trouser leg desperately as if seeking help.

“Sir, save me! You were involved in her affairs back then! Didn’t you approve of what I did?”
