Holden’s gaze turned serious, and then shifted to Connie who wasn’t far away. 

“Connie, you head home first, and tell the others that lan needs some rest and doesn’t want to see anyone.” 

Connie just nodded, too naive to realize that Holden was intentionally sending her away. 

Selena had already been taken away, leaving only Holden, Steve, and Maja there.

Phelps shook his head, “We won’t surely know until lan wakes up.”

Holden held Maja’s hand tightly, saying with great emphasis, “Maja, lan may be having some issues, but your coming to the hospital shows you still care about him. The next few days may be tough, I hope you can take good care of him.”
