Elizabeth immediately revealed a puzzled expression.

She looked up at the man's face and asked in a daze, "Why did you say... like when I was a child? Did you know me when I was a child?"

She asked so seriously and doubtfully.

Robert just glanced at her lightly and bent his fingers to touch her cheek.
