After Abby was sent back to her apartment, Richard did not go to work again.

For the whole afternoon, Abby was forced to sit in the study. Facing Richard, she wrote her homework carefully.

Under his gaze, Abby was in tension.

Although Richard was busy reading his documents, every time he looked up at her, Abby would feel so nervous.

She was afraid that something was wrong with her and she would provoke the temperamental man with a sharp tongue. Then, she would be punished in a strange way.

After dinner, Abby finally plucked up the courage to apply to Richard. "Mr. Scott, I want to go back to my room and take a shower."

"Take a shower? You can't touch water on your wound. It's common sense that you have it, right?"

Richard stretched his legs and gazed at her body, then her knees.

"I know I can't touch water, but I will be very careful. I will feel uncomfortable without taking a shower."

Abby quickly promised that as long as she could escape from Richard and return to her small space, everything would be fine.

Richard pondered for a while and nodded.

Before Abby could be happy, she heard him say casually, "All right, then I'll help you."

Mr. Scott's words shocked Abby so much.

"Is he going to take a shower for me?" "Is he kidding me?"

"Oh my god-I'm scared to death just thinking about it. I was looking for an excuse to escape from his sight. How could I jump into a bigger trap in a flash?"

Abby patted her chest and panted heavily and said, "No need. How can I bother you, Mr. Scott?"

Abby thought, "I took care of you while you were taking a shower. Why are we changing roles now?" "I'm not as calm as you are, Mr. Scott!"

She couldn't keep calm if Richard would help her.

"Don't worry. With your skinny figure, I'm not interested for the time being."

Richard immediately understood what she was thinking and scoffed.

Abby waved her hand repeatedly, trying to stop Richard, who suddenly became helpful.

Unfortunately, there was no rejection. Richard bent down directly and held Abby in his arms, then walked to the bathroom.

Abby leaned into Richard's embrace. She wanted to struggle but did not dare move. It was only when Richard placed her in the bathtub that her nerves completely relaxed.

"Take off your clothes."

Richard held the shower head and looked at Abby expressionlessly.

Abby blushed. She subconsciously wrapped her arms around her chest and shrank back.

"Do you like to take a shower in clothes? Then I'll turn on the tap."

Richard Scott glanced at her coldly and reached for the switch.
