“No. Get away from him. Leave him alone.”
The alpha tightened his grip on Xander’s neck making him whimper.
“Xander.”
I could feel a sort of heat pass through me as I saw Xander whimpering in pain. I could physically feel the anger from earlier multiply to ten folds. I could feel it rolling off of me in waves.
“GET AWAY FROM HIM.”
The Alpha stepped back looking at me in shock.
“BACK OFF.”
He moved back even further. I will kill that bastard later. I ran towards Xander and sat beside him. His neck was injured and he looked on the verge of passing out. Something blue like some sort of energy was leaking out of him.
“Xan. Please stay awake.” I begged him.
He looked at me with a sort of relief in his eyes. The instincts just came up. I placed my palms on his wounds and thought about healing the wound. Nothing happened for a few seconds but slowly and eventually the wounds started to close. The blue energy thing started going back inside him and the wound closed up completely.
As I saw that Xander was alright, I shifted my attention to the intruders. Lucas, Archer and Hudson were standing on their feet but still wincing with every moment and the Alpha… well he is in for a huge shit.
The four of them were looking at me with a mixture of shock and fear.
Yeah! Fear bitches. You don’t get to hurt my family and still have unbroken bones.
“Stop Aria.” A familiar voice stopped me before I could lunge at the douchebag of the alpha.
“But he hurt Xan.” I protested.
Mom looked at the Alpha with a maddening expression but what shocked me was that her eyes were glowing. That of a werewolf. They looked just like uncle Ryder’s.
Xander got to his feet and stood in front of me protectively. The woods rustled and one by one more spirit wolves emerged from them with uncle Ryder in the lead.
Dad was standing right beside mom.
“I called them.” Xander whispered to me.
He looked so proud of himself that I couldn’t help but giggle.
“Thanks.”
The adreline from earlier was leaving my body slowly. I felt a little exhausted. I closed my eyes for a second but when I opened them, six more spirit wolves were standing behind the idiotic Alpha. The three fart bags didn’t look that brave anymore.
The rest of the pack arrived and stood beside my mother with uncle Leo in the lead.
“There must be a good reason for why you attacked my daughter and nephew. If there isn’t, I will kill you painfully.” Mom threatened.
Why are her eyes glowing?
