Frank leaned in to explain.

“Does that mean Nina has the surveillance footage from when Jane and Zachary lost their memories?“” 

Frank nodded. “95%.”

Charlotte accompanied him to the elevator. Just as the doors were about to close, he suddenly reached out to stop them.
