Elaina felt that the woman in front of her was very strange. Her son was fine, but she insisted on having him undergo an operation. Why?

Just then, she was pulled by warm hands suddenly. Elaina turned her head and saw that it was the teenager lying on the bed. She asked patiently, “What’s wrong? Are you feeling unwell?”

“I don’t want the operation,” he said in a very low voice as if he was afraid that the woman would hear him.

Elaina’s eyes dimmed. She felt something was not simple.

However, before she could ask more, her phone rang. It was from the operating room, urging her to go over.

She was in a dilemma.

“Dr. Gainsford, go ahead to the operation room. I will take care of this.” The doctor in the emergency room said.

Elaina glanced at the family members at the door, then looked at Kent on the bed, and said to him, “Don’t worry. You don’t need an operation. Just listen to this doctor, and he will cure you.”

“Okay.” Kent nodded, feeling relieved. It was fine as long as he did not have an

operation.

After explaining some matters needing attention, Elaina got up and left for the operating room. The patients there were much more severe than here, and they had to undergo surgery today.

“You can’t leave!” The woman said and was about to pull Elaina. “If you leave, who will operate for my son?”

However, before the woman could touch Elaina, she was stopped. “Who are you, shrew? How dare you put your hands on my dear Dr. Gainsford?”

Saul showed up with a bouquet of red roses in his hand. He looked at the woman in front of him with a vicious expression and pushed her away.

Elaina wondered, my dear Dr. Gainsford?

Elaina was speechless, but she did not have time to chat with him. “Comfort the patient’s family members. Inform the medical department if needed.”

Informing the medical department in advance was to prevent the family members from causing trouble.
