Fated to Love You Again (Shawn and Norah) novel Chapter 120

Chapter 120 Let's Get a Divorce

Hearing the door open, Norah immediately stopped crying. She raised her head, confusedly wiping tears from her face with her hands.

But she forgot that there was blood on her hand from the knife, which made her face instantly stained with blood.

The blood marks were very horrible and scary.

Shawn was shocked when he saw the blood on Norah's face and hurriedly ran over to her, holding her face and asking anxiously, "Norah, what's wrong with you? Why is there so much blood on your face?"

"I'm fine." Norah coldly pushed him away.

"But there is so much blood. How can you still say you're fine?"

"It's not my blood."

Shawn was very worried about her. He bent down and carried Norah to the bed, then wet a towel. He carefully wiped off the blood on Norah's face bit by bit.

He was relieved until he confirmed that there were no signs of injury on her face after wiping off all the blood.

However, when he looked down, he found blood oozing out of her feet, dripping like little drops of water on the floor.

Shawn was startled and immediately lifted her foot. As he found several pieces of glass crumbs stuck in her foot, his heart tightened. His brow frown as deep as a furrow, "Why is it so serious?"

He gently and softly lifted Norah's feet.

At this point, there were still drops of blood falling from the soles of the feet.

"I don't need you to do this for me." Norah looked at him coldly, saying without a trace of temperature.

"Sit still, and don't move."

After speaking, Shawn got up and went to get the medical kit.

After putting on sterile gloves, he held Norah's small foot with one hand and used tweezers to take the glass fragments from the bottom of her foot with the other hand.

The large broken glass was easier to take out while those tiny, thin, and long ones were not easy to find, because they stuck very deep.

It hurt a lot.

But Norah felt that this pain was nothing compared to the pain she had when she was in a car accident.

She gritted her teeth and stared out the window, restraining herself from crying out.

But the more she did, the more heartbroken Shawn became.

He raised his head and his soft gaze fell on Norah, "If it hurts, call out, call out may be better."

Norah shook her head, "If it will alleviate my pain to call out, then I'm sure I'll call out. But what's the use of calling out? The pain will not be alleviated, there is no need to cry out."

She never wanted to do anything for nothing.

"The last glass was a little deep. Bear it." Shawn comforted her in a soft voice.

Norah just listened quietly and did not answer a single word from him.

As the pain came, she tightly squeezed the sheets, frowning, and biting her lips.

She tried her best not to cry out.

When the last one was taken out, her head was already covered with sweat. Her upper body clothes were almost wet because of the pain.

After taking out the last one, Shawn squatted to coat the ointment on her feet for gauze.

Looking at the thick bandages on her feet, Norah had a momentary lapse of concentration, but soon, she withdrew her gaze, "Thank you!"

She could tell right and wrong.

Since he helped her dress her wounds, she should thank him for granted.

She knew they would be courteous and would treat each other with much respect, but would never share her inner feelings with him as she did ever.

Norah lay down on the bed as Shawn sat next to her and took care of her.

"Are you thirsty? Do you want some water?" He asked.

Norah shook her head.

"Are you hungry? Is there anything you want to eat, I'll have someone prepare it."

Norah still shook her head.

The room was so quiet that even a pin falling on the floor could be heard clearly.

Just when Shawn thought Norah would not speak and would remain silent, she suddenly opened her mouth.

"Shawn?"
