"What?" The man didn't hear her clearly. He moved closer to her and almost stuck to her. He lowered his head and whispered in her ear, "Speak louder."
Beryl was a typical Virgo girl. She did not like strangers to surpass the safe distance in her heart. At this moment, the man's closeness had obviously crossed her bottom line.
When the man's hand touched her lower back, the taut string in her mind broke with a "bang", followed by instinctive resistance.
Beryl used all her strength to push the man away. The latter was already unstable from the alcohol. He did not expect her to resist so violently that he really stumbled.
"Fuck! How dare you!" The man barely managed to steady his steps and did not end up in such an embarrassing situation. Once the anger in his heart was ignited, it immediately burned a hole in his reason.
Beryl watched as he walked towards her again. Her heart felt like it was about to jump out of her throat. She ran towards the door in a panic, but after taking two steps, she was pulled back.
"Ah!" Her body was thrown against the wall, and the back of her head hit hard. She screamed in pain and wanted to ask for help, only to find that the people sitting on the sofa looked indifferent as if they were used to it.
The man who caught him was even calmer, as if he was watching a good show.
Beryl instantly despaired. She watched as the man pounced on her, but there was no room for resistance.
Her wrist was clamped by a huge force, and her bones were aching faintly. She was only 5 feet 4 inches tall, shorter than the man, and he could easily fix her to the wall.
"What are you trying to do!?" In her panic, Beryl raised her voice and shouted in a sharp voice.
The man approached her with a sinister smile, and his fat lips were about to touch her face. "What am I doing? Of course, it's you!"
