Lucas nodded with a serious expression on his face. He looked like a little adult. "I understand, Dad."
"Tell me if you feel uncomfortable."
Lucas nodded obediently. "Okay."
"Also," Huston thought for a moment. Ever since they came out of the bathroom, this sentence had been lingering on his lips. After thinking for a long time, he decided to say it out loud. "If you hear anyone speak rudely to you again, let me know immediately. Dad will stand up for you."
Huston was not very good at educating children. It was the first time that he had been a parent. He had not lived a complete life since he was a child, so most of the time, it was Evelyn who took charge of educating Lucas.
He was afraid that some of his actions would have a bad impact on the child, and he didn't want him to grow up to be as tough as he used to be, so he simply didn't participate too much. More importantly, he wanted to build up Lucas's confidence. Apart from that, Evelyn would be in charge of most of the things.
However, after today's incident, he suddenly realized that most of the time, a lot of power could not be given by a mother. Now he needed to stand up as a father.
Who would dare bully his son?
He was polite, but it didn't mean that he was easy to bully.
Hearing this, Lucas suddenly laughed, revealing his eight white teeth. He looked even happier and nodded heavily. "OK!"
After calming down in the bathroom, she came out. When she returned to the private room, she thought that she had to do more psychological work for her child. Unexpectedly, the father and son got along very well, and Lucas was much happier than before.
