Stacey looked around and seemed to be still in shock. Her eyes were not focused on Lilith.
Lilith was scared out of her wits. She quickly took out her phone to call the publicity agent and asked her to come with her. She had worked in the underground parking lot countless times in the past, but now she felt that it was particularly gloomy and terrifying.
However, as soon as she took out the phone and before she could make a call, Stacey, who had been in a daze, suddenly said, "Lilith, is that you?"
She looked at Lilith cautiously, as if unsure and not daring to be too happy. "Am I dreaming?"
Seeing that she was awake, Lilith quickly helped her up from the ground. "It's me. It's me. How are you feeling? Are you feeling unwell? Can you walk? Let's go upstairs first?"
"Lilith!" Stacey hugged Lilith and burst into tears. Tears flowed down her cheeks and quickly soaked her clothes. Lilith felt that her clothes were wet. She did not know what had happened to Lilith in the past few days, but from Stacey's reaction, she could tell that it must have been something particularly terrifying. Otherwise, she would not have been trembling as she cried.
Although Lilith hadn't felt anything for Stacey before, when she saw her crying so miserably, she felt sorry for her. "Don't cry, Stacey. Let's go upstairs first. We'll be safe when we get to the company. Don't be afraid..."
"Lilith, you don't know. They, they..."
"What?"
Stacey suddenly remembered the man's warning before she left. She trembled violently and swallowed her words again.
