This was the first time Charlotte had cried since losing her memory.
Although she still doesn't understand why she cried, it's already a sign of progress.
"Did you cry?"
Joe noticed her emotional change, quickly stepped in front of her, and gently wiped away the tears from her eyes.
Charlotte shook her head silently, "I'm fine. If I could actually cry, it would be a good thing for me."
Joe fell silent upon hearing her words.
According to Charlotte's current symptoms, being able to cry would indeed be a good thing.
"Charlotte?"
Suddenly, a woman's voice broke the silence between them. Lena and Gideon hurriedly walked over.
To be precise, Lena was briskly walking in front while Gideon carefully followed behind, occasionally uttering words of concern.
"Be careful! She's back now; she won't run away."
Charlotte looked to Joe for help. Joe cleared his throat and explained, "They are your seniors from architecture school, and you had a good relationship with them."
After hearing Joe's introduction, Charlotte observed the two people carefully but still had no recollection of them.
Lena quickly walked up to Charlotte, and when she looked into her unfamiliar eyes, she froze.
