After two weeks at the camp, Flora had always been the calm one, never raising her voice or laying a hand on anyone, even when people threw insults her way. She just didn’t seem to get angry or argue back.

The commotion was getting out of hand, and Jason rushed over. Other instructors, noticing the uproar, quickly told their squads to take a break and hurried over too.

"Instructor! Flora hit someone!"

The first girl Flora had hit with a water bottle finally managed to speak as Jason arrived. "My friend and I were both attacked by her! Hitting someone during training should definitely result in a major demerit!"

Jason glanced at Flora, who remained expressionless, then turned to the girl. "Why would she hit you?"

"Who knows why she snapped!" the girl spat out, teeth clenched. "We were just talking, and she suddenly attacked us! She's always been aggressive! In high school, she often hit people and even insulted teachers!"

From the crowd, Jillian narrowed her eyes. Flora hitting someone in front of everyone? No way the instructors could sweep this under the rug.

The commotion was too big; it was bound to catch the head instructor's attention. And he wouldn’t turn a blind eye.

Thinking of Connor, Jillian couldn't help but blush. That distinguished and handsome man was hers.

Jason's face was cold. He had known Flora for a month; he knew her temperament. There was no way she'd hit someone without reason. They must have provoked her.

He'd heard those ridiculous rumors too.

"Why would she hit anyone else but you?" Colton smirked beside him. "Maybe you should think about whether it was your own foul mouth that got you into this."

The girl hadn't expected the instructors to side with Flora so blatantly. She was furious, almost speechless, but finally retorted, "Instructor, I know you and Flora are close, but you can't be so biased! If you don't give her a major demerit for hitting someone in public, I'll report this to the university!"
