His brother left, huh? Well, that's a relief!

He'd been a nervous wreck last night, worried that Connor would come after him later. He even took off for an early morning jog just to steer clear of him.

Honestly, his brother had no reason to blow up at him. It wasn't his fault that Connor was always up to mischief. He just happened to walk in while delivering milk to Flora!

"Flora, do you guys always mess around like that?" With Connor out of sight, Kruz couldn't help but be nosy. "My brother always seems so cold and straight-laced. Who knew he was such a closet romantic! So improper!"

"It's called having a zest for life," Flora shot back, not agreeing with Kruz's choice of words.

Though, she had to admit, Connor was quite the passionate type behind closed doors.

"But seriously, my brother's got a killer body! Heh, even I can't help but admire it!"

"You... admire it?" Flora gave him a skeptical look.

Kruz went on, all excited, "Hey, Flora, do you guys ever do costumes and stuff? Got any pictures of my brother? Give me a couple! The racier, the better!"

He was kicking himself for not snapping any photos when he had the chance. Such a missed opportunity!

Flora eyed him coolly, "I have pictures, but do you really dare to take them?"

"Alright, enough chatting. Come get some breakfast," Henrik said, setting the food on the table.

"Wow, food! Just what I need after my run. I'm starving!" Kruz's eyes lit up. He'd skipped breakfast to dodge Connor and was feeling ravenous!

"This was Connor's gift for me," Flora stated flatly, swatting away his hand.

"I just want a taste!"

"No way, there's only enough for one. If you eat it, I won't have enough. If you're hungry, make your own."

He called Connor improper, yet he wanted her to share her meal?
