Healing my disabled husband novel Chapter 785

Chapter 785 She Didn't Think That Way

Now there were two pregnant women in Hayden's Mansion, which was like having two little bosses.
Casey was in the early stages of pregnancy and had originally been carefree, thinking that being pregnant was no big deal.
But her reaction to it was so exaggerated that it could be said to be several levels more serious than Aimee's early pregnancy.
Casey had lost all her energy and lay limp on the bed, but still felt uncomfortable no matter what.
Aimee had been busy in the kitchen all morning and brought soup for Casey. When she walked in, she heard Casey whimpering pitifully. It sounded so heart-wrenching.
She walked over, put the tray on the bedside table, and sat down next to Casey's bed.
Casey looked at Aimee with teary eyes and said, "Aimee, don't worry about me. You're pregnant too."
"I'm fine," Aimee said. "It's just Patrick being overly concerned. I have no problems at all."
Instantly envious of Aimee's situation, Casey moved closer to her side with a sad face pressed against her palm saying, "Aimee, I won't be like this for ten months, will I? Waaahh! Then I'll really go crazy."
She had just started her business venture. How could she encounter such a big obstacle? What should she do?
Aimee comforted her, "In theory, you shouldn't be like this for ten months, but everyone is different. Don't think too much about it. First stabilize your mindset and take care of yourself now without worrying about things too far ahead okay?"
Sniffling again, Casey obediently nodded, saying, "Okay then."
Casey always listened obediently to what Aimee said, so when Aimee told her not to think too much about it, she really didn't think too much about it anymore.
However, her body still felt very uncomfortable.
Aimee brought over the soup and said, "Casey, try this and see if it makes you feel better."
Casey had been feeling miserable these past few days and was hesitant to eat anything. But she was really hungry.
Getting up from the bed, Casey sniffed the soup and it smelled really good. She didn't feel any discomfort after taking a sip of the soup so she drank more.
She didn't know how Aimee made the soup but it tasted really good. Most importantly, it relieved her discomfort from these past few days.
After drinking most of the bowl of soup in small sips, Casey felt much better and became more lively.
She put down the bowl on the tray and placed her hands on her stomach like an inquisitive child as she asked Aimee, "Aimee, do you think there might be twins in my belly?"
If there weren't twins inside her after all this suffering, then she would feel cheated!
Aimee chuckled at Casey's question before saying helplessly, "Twins aren't that easy to come by! What are you thinking about?"
"But what if I'm too pitiful and if I have to go through all this again?" Casey pouted.
She wanted two babies but only wanted to give birth once. However, that was something for later consideration.
Maybe, after this baby was born, she won't think the same way anymore.
