Shannon leaped to her feet, glaring furiously at Abigail. “Abigail, how dare you say this isn’t the work of the Tanner family? What kind of parents would publicly denounce their own daughter like this?”

“Lea, what are you up to?” Rita, seeing Lea so nonchalant and apparently enjoying the show, felt an unexplainable anxiety. 

Her suspicion was not unfounded. Every event involving Lea had been full of unexpected twists. Everything seemed to be under their control, but in the end, things always took bizarre turns, and they ended up being the ones suffering. 

“These issues have nothing to do with me. What tricks could I be playing?” Lea replied. 

Rita’s worries eased as she thought about it. 

Abigail’s supporters behind her breathed a sigh of relief. 

“Abigail is so unfortunate,” Leona said with red eyes, standing next to Abigail. “Her cousin was framed, and now she and her father are being wronged.” 

“It’s unfair for Abigail to bear all this,” someone added. 

“Abigail, don’t be sad. We all support you.” Daisy and the others quickly comforted her. 

“I’m fine…” Abigail said, her gaze downcast as she touched the corner of her eye. 

Her long hair, held back with an expensive crystal clip, fell loosely around her. Dressed in a lace puff–sleeve top, she looked utterly pitiful and burdened. 

Her male fans were deeply distressed, and a tall young man stepped forward. “Lea, you’ve gone too far this time. Apologize to Abigail immediately.” 

“The truth is just as I said. You’ve wronged the Tanner family and slandered Abigail and her father. It’s not unreasonable to ask you to apologize.” 

“Apologize quickly.” 

“Just look at the live stream. Calvin has already been acquitted and is on his way out.” 

In their eyes, Calvin had become a victim of false accusations. The admiration and loyalty they showed Abigail had reached a disturbing level.
