Hey, My Twins Babies novel Chapter 128

Winnie directly answered the phone without even bothering to look at the number.

"Hello?"

Her voice sounded so low and weak that Brian's heart suddenly tightened when hearing it.

"Are you okay?"

Hearing Brian's voice coming from the other side, Winnie immediately cheered herself up.

"I am fine. I am just about to go to sleep."

The actual fact was that she couldn’t whine to him, complaining about how tired she was. Because it just was a waste of breath.

"Have you moved yet?"

Hearing that Winnie's voice was getting a bit cheerful, Brian then gave a sign of relief.

Today after answering Klara’s phone, Brian was planning to call Winnie, but something urgent happened that he needed to handle immediately which made this call had been delayed until now.

"Yes, we have moved. That house has been emptied now."

Winnie's voice sounded delightful, but actually she was wearing a sad face.

"Have you bought a house in such a short time? Where is the house?"

Brian thought that Winnie would ask him for help in terms of buying a house, but who knew that she could have handle this all by herself.

"I don’t buy a house, I just rent an apartment near the kindergarten. You want us to move out in such a hurry, but Vanessa is in cram school, so I can't decide where to buy the house in such a short time. I have no choice but only to find a place to live temporarily. I'll buy one when Vanessa’s finals are over."

Winnie really wanted to disappear and told Brian nothing, but it was a bit unrealistic. He was so powerful, even if she went to the moon he could find her out, unless she went to the heaven.

"You rent an apartment and again share it with others?"

Brian asked coldly, thinking it was another cramped room like the last one, where several people lived together.

"No. There are so many of us and no one wants to share an apartment with us. There is one hall and three bedrooms in the apartment which is quite nice."

Winnie answered coldly, thinking that since they had been kicked out from the house, then what kind of house they were going to live in was totally up to her.

"Now the apartment is very close to the kindergarten, which is very convenient for me to send and pick up the kids. There is no need for me to use the car, so I return it to you."

Winnie continued.

In all, what she got from Brian were only a car and a cell phone. Now the car was returned to him, the phone she would also find an opportunity to return to him, but just in cash.

As for that 100 million dollars, sooner or later she would return them to him too.

"Winnie, you are doing this again, what do you want?"

Brian suddenly became angry. The most annoying thing was that Winnie always wanted to return everything to him, which made him feel like she was going to leave him forever.

"Keep your voice down, don't always get angry so easily. I don’t want anything from you. I just think it is better to prepare for myself beforehand than to wait for you to ask me to give your things back to you. It's late now, you should go to sleep too."

After saying that, Winnie hung up the phone directly, and then turned off the phone. She didn't want to hear him growling when she was helplessly tired.

Brian was about to be mad, his phone was hung up and he couldn’t call her back. It was obviously that she was avoiding him.

Did she get angry when he asked her to return the house back? But he also had his own ideas. Or was he saying it in a wrong way? Why was she always thinking she was the victim?

Brian rushed back the next night and went straight to Winnie's house after getting off the plane.

Opening the door, everything in front of him was not the same as what he thought. The apartment was totally different from the previous one.

The apartment was not completely packed, and boxes were stacked on one side. The kids only could play in the small living room. There were three bedrooms, one for Vanessa, only with a desk, a single bed and a small closet.

One for the kids, with two single beds and a desk. The last room was for Winnie.

Winnie's room was the smallest of these bedrooms, with a single bed, a computer desk and an easily assembled closet. It was so small that even could not save the space for the dresser.

Brian checked the apartment with his eyebrow frown all the way, and then immediately made a decision.

"Move out now, you can't live here."

Brian's voice was a bit loud. Winnie was afraid that the kids would hear it and went to close the door first. Only then did she return to Brian's side.

"Don't bother, there is only a few days away from Vanessa’s exams, she can’t be disturbed. And I don't feel bad about this place. It is convenient for me to pick up the kids. We will stay here for now, and move out later once we buy a house."

Winnie refused his request, she finally walked out of Brian's shadow. She did not want to go back to her old life.

"I'll prepare a house for you in the next few days, and you'll move out after Vanessa's exams."

Brian could compromise in order to no longer affect Vanessa. But he absolutely could not let Winnie live here all the time. This was also not the original intention of letting her move out of the house.

"There's no need. If you really want to help me, you would have helped me find another house before kicking me out. And don't use Vanessa as an excuse to help me find a house. If you really care about us, you wouldn't have given me only two days."

Since he hadn't even considered her condition when she was driven out, and now he was coming to offer his hospitality, Winnie didn’t need it at all.

"The reason I kick you out... "
