Hey, My Twins Babies novel Chapter 602

Vanessa was moved by Rufus's words. She did not want Rufus to worry about them, so she comforted him.

"Don't worry about us, Rufus. The relationship between my sister and Brian is sensitive these days, so I can't go to your home. When it is over, I'll go and see you."

"My aunt is gone, but she said we can ask you for help if we have a problem. She said you're a good man. So I'm sure you can help us. Rufus, we'll really trouble you then."

Vanessa said with consideration, she was not sure if she needed Rufus’ help, but it would make Rufus feel good.

"Good, good. I will wait for you."

Rufus indeed feel better, but he was still not happy as Isobel left.

"Is your aunt gone?"

Rufus asked.

"Yes, I just sent her to the airport."

Speaking of her aunt, Vanessa fought back tears again.

"Did your aunt say when she would be back?"

Rufus asked anxiously, afraid that what Isobel to him was not true.

"I don't know. Months, probably, My aunt said it depends on the condition."

Vanessa took a look at her watch and then said goodbye to Rufus.

"Rufus, I'm late for class. I'll visit you some day. Don't worry about us. We'll take care of ourselves."

After that, Vanessa hurried away.

Looking at Vanessa’s positive attitude that she held back tears, Rufus felt much pain as if his heart was in the hot oil.

Isobel left his life like this, although she would be back, but he did not know when.

He could face it alone, bear it alone, solve it alone, but he was afraid of hurting Winnie and Vanessa who were innocent.

Winnie went to work after sending her aunt. Downstairs, she met Brian and Klara.

Brian got off the car and walked to the office building.

"Why are you here?”

He was surprised to see Klara. He had not seen Klara since she was fired.

"I..."

"I'm here to meet a friend."

Klara was unexpected too. She had tried her best to avoid Brian. And he should be in his office at this time, so she was nervous to meet him at this hour.

"How's it going?"

Brian asked, although he was angry at Klara, he still asked, because reminded him of Spencer who had died.

"Not good, I haven't had a job and I can't tell the elderly. Afraid that they know it, I went out as usual at the work time and wandered outside for a day until it was time to go back. I......"

"Alas...... Why do I say this? Never mind."

Klara said deliberately, but she was really sad.

She'd been having a bad time, but she had no one to talk to.

At this time, Klara lifted eyes to see Winnie not far behind Brian.

Her facial expression changed, but she still said hello.

"Good morning, Winnie."

"Good morning."

Winnie also greeted, but she did not smile.

At this time, Brian looked back at Winnie. It was obviously his eyes were freezing cold. Winnie felt her presence had disturbed the dialogue between Brian and Klara.

So she chose to leave.

"Good morning, Mr. Bennet, you have a chat, I go up first."

Winnie left directly, but she heard the voice of Brian.

"Don't worry, I'll arrange a job for you."

Brian increased his volume deliberately, so that Winnie could hear him.

He wanted Winnie to know that, though he fired Klara for Winnie, now they had broken up, he could arrange Klara a job in other companies.

Winnie heard it clearly.

This was the most real Brian. He had always been able to do anything for other women, but he could not believe her.

Maybe Winnie thought wrong, for Brian, she was a dispensable woman.

Winnie continued to walk forward. No matter what Brian treated her as, it did not matter, no matter how much Brian pitied other women, it did not matter.

Winnie came to the office. As she sat down, Bonnie knocked on the door.

"Winnie, did you see Klara downstairs?"

Bonnie seemed nervous.

"Yes."

Winnie said indifferently.

"She's not gone yet? She must have come to see me."

Bonnie looked worried.

"Come to see you?"

Winnie asked, puzzled.

"Yes, I saw her when I came to work, so I came in from the back door. She's been calling me every day these past few days, asking me if I told you about the fact I leaked Mr. Bennet's schedule. I didn't know what to say, so I kept avoiding her. I didn't expect she would come here."

Bonnie said the reason for her nervousness.

Since she decided not to cooperate with Klara, she did not want to contact Klara. She didn't think it was worth losing her job.

"She should have left."
