Hey, My Twins Babies novel Chapter 808

Hearing the question of Brian, Gloria gave a coy smile.

"How can I represent WY with my limited abilities? I am currently an intern at WY, at best an assistant to our director."

"Mr. Bennet, you are the best of the best in business, and I think I can learn a lot from you, so I followed him to be here."

Gloria was modest, so that Brian would not have other ideas about her.

Brian did not respond to Gloria but went straight to the seat and sat down.

"Albert, tell the secretary to bring Jack here."

Brian gave the order without hesitation, and Albert hurried to do it.

Brian didn't say a word until Jack came. It wasn't until Brian showed up that he gave the order again.

"Take meeting minutes, cooperate with me on this case."

"Me?"

Jack was unexpected. Brian told him to sort out the document well, but now he wanted him to be in a new case.

And what he was not satisfied was that he had to do take minutes of meetings as a secretary.

He was a branch manager even without his big brother's achievements. How could he be reduced to a secretary?

He would protest.

Jack was dissatisfied and even had an impulse to rebel. But he could control his emotions very well when he saw that Brian was serious.

So he gave up and obediently began to prepare for the minutes of the meeting.

"Brian..."

Gloria suddenly changed the address to Brian.

She wanted to ease the atmosphere, but it upset Brian. He looked at Gloria coldly and Gloria suddenly stopped speaking.

"Miss Lee, this is the conference room. Please be careful with your address."

"The meeting will begin immediately. Please do not talk about anything unrelated to work here."

Albert understood the meaning of Brian, so he immediately reminded Gloria.

This reminds and Brian’s sharp eyes made Gloria embarrassed.

The meeting officially began. First, MY side explained the specific details of cooperation.

In this process, Brian saw out of the corner of his eye that Gloria was doing nothing, and her mind was wandering.

She was not as conscientious as Jack, who was taking minutes of meetings. So Brian doubted why Gloria came here.

WY's representatives were making detailed reports, and everyone in conference room was listening carefully, but there was sudden phone ringing.

As the phone rang, all of a sudden everyone's eyes fell on the source of the sound - Gloria.

Gloria realized that she had affected everyone, so she hurried to press reject key.

"Sorry."

An apology would not save anyone valuable time, nor could it hide her disorganized attitude toward the meeting.

"Miss Lee, the basic thing to do in a meeting is to turn off your phone. As a member of WY, you should know that. This is the first time I'm warning you, if it happens again, please leave the conference room."

Albert’ merciless words embarrassed Gloria again, but what he said was true, which was written in in the rules and regulations of cooperation.

"I'm sorry."

Gloria held resentment, but had to abide by.

Albert took a warning look at Gloria and then once again reminded everyone.

"Make sure your phones are off so that it won't interfere with the progress of the meeting. Everyone's time is precious. Please treat others with respect."

"The meeting continues."

Without the command of Brian, Albert knew what to say.

As the meeting continued, everyone's attention returned to work, only Gloria glowered at Albert. He embarrassed her in the face of so many people, especially Brian was watching.

Before she came, she did not expect Brian to be so serious and rigorous at work, and did not expect a phone call would cause such a big trouble.

It was so awkward. When she got an opportunity, she certainly would teach him a lesson.

The meeting was in progress. Calvin knocked on the door and poked his head in after opening the door.

"Mr. Bennet, Director Chambers’ call."

Brian got up from his chair.

"Albert, preside over the meeting."

Brian strode to the door of the conference room, and the door had been closed before everyone figured about what happened.

"It's so not democratic. Mr. Bennet said we should focus at work. My phone can’t ring, but he is allowed to leave."

Gloria whispered, expressing her dissatisfaction, but she dare not really argue about it.
