His Eagle Eyes on Me novel Chapter 3111

"Of course, there's a point. You can't give me the bracelet, because you've never had it to begin with. Why else would you keep it from Irene three years ago?" Ivy said.

"Just why are you so obsessed over this?"

"You didn't pay off her debt. You lied to her!" Ivy pointed out.

Sam sneered. "That's none of your business. So what if I lied to her? She's dead!"

"You are a terrible human being! I never want to see you again!" Ivy said and turned to leave.

She never expected Sam to admit to lying to Irene, and Sam, who realized that something was off, caught up to her and grabbed her arm.

"Who exactly are you? I've never heard of you from Irene. Are you some kind of a scammer?"

She shook his hand off. "You are the scammer here! What exactly did I scam you of? You had lied to Irene!"

Sam studied her face. "Y- You... Could you actually be Irene?!"

"It's none of your business!" she said, throwing his words back at him.

...

After sending the message to Ivy, Lucas returned to his bedroom. He froze in shock as he stared at his room.

His room looked like it had been ransacked by a burglar. The bedding was on the floor, and his wardrobe door stood ajar, but its contents looked untouched.

Lucas walked to the bedside table, opened the drawer, and found everything untouched, including the computer on his desk. All his valuables were there, hinting that whoever had broken in was not a thief. It must have been Ivy.
