Finished the call, Madison got out of the car.
She walked to Yanis and Bonnie with a smile, "Let's go in."
Madison asked the waiter to lead them to a big room.
"Mrs. Baxter, we are only four. Why don't we just eat outside?" Bonnie looked at Madison.
Madison looked at Bonnie, "Not just us. I actually planned tonight. I wanted to invite you to come over for dinner and see if the girl I introduced to Ivan is suitable."
Bonnie immediately understood why she felt that way in the car.
She remained calm, "Mrs. Baxter, so you are introducing someone to Ivan?"
Madison sighed, "Ivan is not young, my husband and I both want grandchildren, but Ivan doesn't care much. When we mentioned this matter, he always fools us. So, I think I should do something."
Bonnie laughed, "Ivan is so good, there must be many girls who like it."
Madison smiled, "Let's get in."
Bonnie nodded and followed Madison towards the elevator with Yanis.
Being a little behind, Bonnie lowered her voice and said, "Did Mr. Baxter tell you anything?"
In fact, Bonnie wanted to ask if Ivan confessed to Yanis.
But she couldn't say it.
When they got to the room, Madison handed the menu to Yanis and Bonnie, "Take a look, what do you like?"
"Mrs. Baxter, didn't you say there are other guests? We can wait."
Madison nodded, "Okay. We haven't seen each other for a long time, let's talk."
After speaking, Madison looked at the waiter standing aside, "We'll order in ten minutes or so."
"Okay, just call us then."
After the waiter left, Madison got up to pour water for Yanis and Bonnie.
Yanis reached for the teapot, "Mrs. Baxter, let me do it."
Madison let Yanis do so.
"Yanis, when did you and Mr. Lawrence get married? Why we didn't know at all?"
Madison looked at Yanis and asked a question casually.
Yanis paused and put the cup in front of Madison, "The year Ivan went abroad."
"It's been four or five years, right?"
Yanis hummed, handed the water to Bonnie, and then sat down on the chair, "It's been five years."
Madison looked at Yanis, "Why did you leave suddenly? Is it because of that woman named Neve? "
Yanis smiled lightly, and shook her head, "For many reasons."
Madison held Yanis's hand, and patted it lightly, "It's okay. It only shows that he is not the right person. Just be more careful next time."
"I don't feel like marrying anymore."
"If we hadn't seen the news that day, we wouldn't have known it. Ivan never mentioned it in front of us."
Yanis' expression didn't change as she said, "We married for a reason. A divorce is a matter of time."
"What made you bet on your marriage?"
