After Zane took a shower and changed clothes, Yanis took the noodles out of the kitchen just in time.
Seeing this, Zane took a few steps forward and took the bowl from Yanis. "Thank you, Yanis."
Yanis looked at him. "Why are you so polite after taking a shower?"
Zane smiled but didn't say anything. He sat down at a dining table with a bowl in his hand.
"You eat first, I'll clean up the kitchen."
Zane stretched out his hand to hold her back, and with the other hand, he pulled away the chair beside him. "Sit here, I'll clean up after I finish eating."
Yanis looked Zane in the eye and nodded. "Okay, eat quickly. It won't taste good later."
Zane responded and picked up a fork, but he never let go of Yanis's hand.
Yanis tried to take out her hand, but Zane's grip tightened.
Yanis simply didn't move anymore and let him hold her hand.
Zane ate up a bowl of noodles quickly and even finished the soup.
"Are you full?" Yanis asked him.
Zane hummed, wiped his mouth with a napkin, and then said, "Just now Brandon called and said that we would have dinner together tonight. Sandy would also come."
Hearing this, Yanis was a little puzzled and said, "Isn't Sandy filming? Does she have time?"
"She should be free for dinner in the evening."
Yanis had been in contact with Sandy for the past two days, and Sandy hadn't mentioned anything about having them together.
Two days ago, after Bonnie came, Sandy originally wanted to meet Bonnie, but because of extra filming work, Sandy didn't have time to come.
They didn't bring up the meetup later.
Zane saw Yanis a little distracted. He seemed to understand what she was thinking, and explained, "Sandy should have asked Brandon to arrange the dinner, and she didn't have time."
Hearing Zane's words, Yanis hummed. "Then we eat with Bonnie and them."
After saying that, Yanis looked at Zane again. "Do we eat at Jillian's house or outside?"
"Let's eat outside. Didn't you say that Jillian is not feeling well?"
Yanis nodded. "Then we book a restaurant outside."
Zane hummed. "Sit down, I'll wash the dishes and tidy up the kitchen."
Yanis knew that Zane wouldn't let her do the cleaning, so she only said, "There is still some soup in the pot, just pour it out."
When Zane entered the kitchen with the bowl in his hand, he replied, "Okay."
At five o'clock in the evening, Brandon asked his assistant to come to the apartment to pick up Yanis and Zane.
The restaurant they booked was a farm kitchen not far from Sandy's filming site.
This place was not too remote, so it was still quite busy.
They had booked a table before, so when they arrived, they went into the private room upstairs.
When Yanis went up with Zane, Bonnie, Myles, Brandon, and Sandy had already arrived.
However, there was another woman in the private room, who looked like around 27 or 28 years old and seemed to be strong.
When Sandy saw Yanis and the others coming in, she immediately stood up and said, "Yanis!"
Bonnie, who was walking beside Yanis, said bitterly, "You only see Yanis in your eyes, right?"
