When Zane answered the phone, Yanis took the file bag from Zane's hand and put the file back.
It was a remarriage agreement.
Yanis made it while Zane was away.
Yanis put the file bag on the bed, turned around, and sat down to wait for Zane to finish the call.
The other side of the line was saying something and Zane's voice was a little cold. "I see."
"I'll get someone to handle it."
After talking for a while, Zane hung up the phone directly.
Yanis felt that something happened.
So when Zane turned around, Yanis asked in a low voice, "What's wrong?"
Zane met Yanis' worried eyes and shook his head slightly, "It's okay."
After speaking, Zane took the folder from the bed, "Yanis, I..."
Zane was interrupted again by the phone.
Zane was obviously a little displeased. He thought the call was from Viteto, but after picking up his phone, Zane's frowning eyebrows relaxed a little. "Anika?"
Anika's voice came from the phone, "Zane, are you and Yanis at home?"
Zane hummed, "Yes?"
"Grandma and I are going there. Grandma said she misses you."
Zane glanced at Yanis's face, and replied in a low voice, "We're going out later. We'll go home when we come back."
Anika snorted, "Where are you going?"
"M Country. Yanis has something to handle there."
When Anika heard this, she had no choice but to respond, "Okay, how many days are you leaving? Can you come back in a few days? "
Zane didn't give Anika an accurate answer. He responded, "We'll try."
"Okay, then come back to Lawrence's Manson for dinner by then."
Zane hummed, "Okay."
Zane just hung up Anika's call when Albi's arrived.
So the documents were left on the bed.
...
It was nearly three o'clock in the afternoon when the plane landed.
Yanis felt a little sick, and didn't look so well.
The hotel Albi booked provided a pick-up service.
So after they got off the plane, the hotel staff were waiting for them.
Zane handed the luggage to them, and looked at Yanis with some concern, "Uncomfortable?"
Yanis nodded, "I... have a stomachache."
Not long after she ate the dessert on the plane, she felt sick.
She thought it was because of those flights, so she didn't take it seriously.
But when she got off the plane, she felt a faint pain in her abdomen.
Because of previous experience, Yanis didn't dare to be careless. She was even a little nervous, "Zane, let's go to the hospital."
After walking a few steps, Yanis suddenly stopped, holding Zane's hand tightly, "Zane... my... belly hurts."
Zane's expression changed immediately. He held Yanis, and turned to the staff of the hotel, "Where is the car?"
The staff responded quickly, "It's at the gate."
"Go to the hospital!"
Zane bent over and carried Yanis up.
"Yanis, it's okay, you'll be fine."
