The news about the fire at South Park was only reported around ten o'clock. Neve's death was also reported. The internet was filled with discussions. People were saying all sorts of things.

Bonnie leaned against Yanis and sighed after reading the news on her phone. "What was she trying to accomplish? After finally getting out, she ended up taking her own life."

Yanis was also curious about what Neve was thinking. "Maybe... she had her own reasons," she replied in a low voice. "But I do think there's something wrong with her mind. Otherwise, she wouldn't have done such a crazy thing."

Yanis listened to Bonnie's words but remained silent. Even though she didn't like Neve and disagreed with her actions, she couldn't fully comprehend Neve's state of mind. "One who hasn't experienced hardships cannot persuade others to do good." Yanis understood this.

Seeing that Yanis didn't respond, Bonnie changed the topic. "By the way, where did Ivan and Zane go? Why haven't they come back yet? Do they plan on leaving us starving here?"

It had been three hours since they left at nine o'clock.

Yanis glanced at the time on Bonnie's phone and asked, "Are you hungry?"

"A little, but I can hold on," Bonnie replied.

Yanis handed the phone to Bonnie and suggested, "Why don't you call Ivan and ask?"

Bonnie took the phone from Yanis's hand and asked, "What do you want to eat? I'll ask him to bring it for us."

Yanis was about to speak when someone knocked on the door of the ward, and Albi walked in.

"Mrs. Lawrence, Miss Cooke," Albi greeted them.

Yanis looked at Albi in surprise. "Why are you here?"

"Mr. Lawrence has something to take care of. He might be late, so he asked me to bring lunch first." Albi placed the food he was carrying on the nearby table and considerately arranged everything. "Mrs. Lawrence, if you need anything else, I can go buy it for you."

Yanis looked at the table full of food. "The two of us can't eat all of this."

Yanis then looked at Albi and suggested, "Albi, have you eaten? Why don't you join us?"

Albi nodded. "I've already eaten. Please go ahead, Mrs. Lawrence."

Bonnie got out of bed and helped Yanis up. "Let's eat first. If we can't finish, we'll see."

The food that Albi brought was what Yanis liked to eat, but it also took Bonnie's preferences into consideration.

As they were eating, Haider walked in carrying a basket of fruits. "Mr. Lawrence is really considerate."

"Haider," Yanis greeted him.

Haider nodded and looked at Bonnie. "Are you benefiting from Yanis?"

Bonnie replied, "Of course, I'm definitely benefiting from Yanis. Otherwise, how could I afford to eat such delicious food?"

Haider chuckled and then turned to Yanis. "How are you feeling?"

"I'm fine now," Yanis replied. "Let's eat before it gets cold."

Haider nodded. "Alright, you eat. It'll get cold later."

Yanis nodded and said, "Okay, Haider, please have a seat for a while."

After they finished their meal, Albi tidied up the table, exchanged a few words with Yanis, and left the ward.

Haider stayed in the ward for a while before leaving. As soon as Haider left, Zane arrived.

Bonnie stood up when she saw Zane and said, "I have a checkup later. I'll go back to the ward first."

Hearing Bonnie's words, Yanis looked at her and asked, "Shall I accompany you?"

"No need. The nurse will take me. You won't be able to go in anyway," Bonnie explained.
