Upon hearing Zane's words, Yanis turned her head to look at him. "Brandon wants to develop in Manches City? For Sandy?"
Zane nodded. "Since Sandy only has Stella as family in Manches City, Brandon thinks it's not suitable for her to stay in Viteto. So, he plans to come here to develop."
Yanis spoke softly, "That makes sense. If Sandy goes to Viteto, Stella will be all alone here. It's not easy for her, having only Sandy as her little sister. If Sandy really leaves for Viteto, Stella will be alone."
As Zane finished drying her hair, he asked, "And what about you?"
Yanis was slightly taken aback by Zane's question but then looked at him and said, "What about me?"
Zane gazed at her, about to say something, but Yanis spoke first, "I'm different from Stella. I have you, Bonnie, Ivan, and Stella's family. I'm not alone."
Zane was initially going to say something, but after hearing Yanis' words, he decided not to add anything and merely replied softly, "You have me."
Yanis looked at Zane and said in a low voice, "Go and take a shower. It's getting late."
Zane acknowledged and picked up a towel from the side before heading into the bathroom.
Yanis stood there, watching Zane go into the bathroom. After he left, she looked away and sat down on the edge of the bed.
In truth, Yanis had a sense of what Zane wanted to say earlier, but she felt that things were fine the way they were now. At least, she didn't need to worry about anyone else and didn't have to always consider others.
...
At Gotrend Entertainment.
Haider arrived at the company early in the morning because Sandy was holding a press conference today.
Almost all the media companies in Manches City were present. After all, Sandy was already a top-tier star in the entertainment industry even before signing with Gotrend Entertainment during her time at Simsang Entertainment.
Now that she had switched to Gotrend Entertainment, it had caused quite a stir. The media reporters were always quick to speculate, and all sorts of rumors were spreading.
Some said there was a conflict between Sandy and Gotrend Entertainment, while others claimed that the company was deliberately suppressing her.
There were also rumors that Sandy had joined Gotrend Entertainment with ulterior motives, intending to tarnish the company's reputation.
In short, none of the rumors were pleasant to hear.
Sandy sat in the lounge, looking down at various posts with different claims, and her beautiful eyebrows slightly furrowed.
"Stop reading these, it's just idle talk from people who have nothing better to do," Jones stepped forward, took the phone from Sandy's hand, and closed the pages before leaning against the table. "You've been in this industry for so long, why do you still care about these things?"
Sandy listened to Jones and shook her head slightly. "It's not that I care, but Mr. Hughs might be affected. Think about it; since I came to Gotrend Entertainment from Simsang Entertainment, it seems like I've only brought them negative news."
Jones frowned slightly at Sandy's words and then spoke softly, "It's not your fault, and these things are deliberately meant to tarnish your reputation."
At that point, Jones paused for a moment before continuing, "I received a call last night. Your situation is being manipulated by someone with ill intentions. Do you want to know who it is?"
Upon hearing Jones' words, Sandy looked at her and asked, "Someone from the industry?"
Jones nodded. "Yes, someone from the industry, and they're people you know."
Sandy fell silent for a few seconds before speaking again, "If I haven't offended anyone in the industry, then the only one could be Belle."
Jones looked at Sandy, "You guessed it right."
"It really is her?" Sandy confirmed.
