You know in your heart how Benjamin treats you, who treats you best and loves you the most, so you should make the most of the present and not make me upset. Otherwise, I will be heartbroken, right?"

He winked as he said the last few words, and there was no hint of sadness, only threat.

Patrick was telling Lauren not to reject him over and over again. Everything that should have happened had happened, and Lauren should stop pretending to be reserved and rejecting him. Otherwise, he could give up on her.
