"He's not home. Come back later," Yvette replied, not wanting to waste any more words with Eudora. She reached out to close the door.

But Eudora pushed the door open and walked in.

"What do you think you're doing?! Get out! Now!" Yvette exclaimed.

"Mom, who is it?" Alva came down from upstairs. Her face was immediately full of disgust when she saw Eudora. "This is my house, Eudora! What are you doing here?"
