I will see you in my Dreams novel Chapter 20

After the dance, Hannah was tired and now standing on the sideline and watching her friends and the guests on the dance floor. She felt that someone was hovering over her.  

Can we talk now, Hannah? 

Sure Ari grabbed Hannah's hand and went to the garden.  

The moon was shining in full swing, They sat in the rattan loveseat facing the garden. 

I am so happy to see you Hannah, as if a new day has come.  My family too are excited and elated to see you…us, together again.   He stopped for a moment, clearing his throat. I have been planning to see you after your Cambodia assignment, but I pause for a while, to offer myself again. I need some preparation. You see, I am a responsible person now, managing 2 ranches at the same time.  I can prove to you that I am a changed man.  I wanted you to be proud of me as your man.  Please come back to me. Can you give me a second chance?  Let's start all over again.  

Hannah knew this was coming, but she had some reservations.   

What if Cherry comes back to you? 

She is already married, I got full custody of Aaron so she can start all over again.  She is willing to meet you to confirm that she will not bother you, us.  

Hannah knew that Ari went to see her in secrecy for 2 years, every month when she was in Cambodia.  Ava told her.  

In a vast sea of people, it was not easy to find a person who knew and loved you. She knew how Ari loved her.  She was accepted by his family, his friends and colleagues.  Not to mention, they looked good together.  Ari makes her laugh, happy and content.  He treated her well, proud of her.  He introduced her to his business colleagues. They have plans for the future, their unrelenting love to each other.  They communicate well, trust and respect each other. It's almost a perfect relationship until that sad news came and ended their romance in a jiffy.  

Hey, are you there, Hannah? It seems that your mind is somewhere else. Do you need more time..I can wait, but please give me a chance.  

When I get back from our trip, I will decide. I accepted a work assignment in Saskatchewan. That place is in Canada.  I might spend another 20 days to complete my work.  I will be staying in the province capital of Regina.
