The following day...

At around 4 am,  there was a loud knock on the door of the safe house.

Ari and Hannah came running at the door to open but the two bodyguards took their guns out and check the peephole.  

They open the door, it's Gen Mar and 3 men in uniform.

Sorry to barge in like this at this time.  I have intel that Aaron was rush to St John hospital this morning.  We have to go there, Ari.

Ari and Hannah were stunned. 

I cannot forgive myself if something happens to my son. Ari is misty-eyed.

Nothing will happen to Aaron, Ari. You're a good father to him. 

Let's go, Mar.

At the hospital...

He needs blood, Sir Ari.

Take all my blood, let my son live. Please help him.

Let's check your blood then we can start the transfusion.

After half an hour, the nurse came back with bad news...your blood doesn't match Aaron, Sir Ari, the nurse said.

It cant be, I'm his father.

Gen Mar is just observing intently, his eyes are roaming checking for the patients inside the ER.

How about me? Hannah asks the nurse. Check on my blood. I am willing to donate blood to Aaron.

Okay Mam, let's go to the laboratory.

Hannah did not come back.

Why is Hannah taking so long, it's almost an hour since she went to the laboratory room.

Be patient Ari, they are doing their best. Gen Mar said.

Then the nurse came, Mam Hannah is being wheeled to the waiting room after the transfusion, she seems to be weak, she needs to eat something.

Did you take her blood not even asking me?  Ari was questioning the nurse.

She gave us authorization Sir Ari.  We are in a hurry to do the transfusion, Aaron was getting so weak.  Sorry about that!
